Sterling & Sage has four lofts above the Railyard Rebel store in downtown Chama. The Cumbres and Toltec rooms overlook the Cumbres & Toltec rail yard, while two other lofts face Terrace Avenue. Each loft has a rocking-chair balcony and mountain views.

Each loft has a gas fireplace, a Keurig coffee maker with a large pod selection, and a small refrigerator. The bathroom offers a walk-in slate shower with a rain head, a handheld sprayer, and a bench. Bathrobes, a TV, a wardrobe, and a hairdryer round out the room.
